Refunds and store credit
How does it work? Click the link at the bottom of this page and follow the steps to register your return, choosing whether you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method or store credit in the form of a digital gift card. If you select store credit, we'll add an extra 5% to the value of the gift card!
Are returns free of charge? We offer free returns in the UK. If you're outside the UK, you'll need to cover the cost yourself - but do still register the return using the link below, as it'll speed up the processing of your refund or store credit once your package arrives with us.
If I make a return will I be refunded the tax and duties? Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price only. However, if you were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
What if I don't have access to a printer? No problem! For those based in the UK, you'll have the option to select a label or a QR code. The latter, of course, can be scanned when you drop off the package - and a label will be printed for you.
How long do I have? We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you placed the order. The items must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition they were when you received them. Once you've received the label, it's valid for 28 days.
Is there anything I can't return? Just a few things. For obvious reasons, we don't accept returns of monogrammed items. We're also unable to accept returns for wallpaper and mattresses (as they're made to order by third parties) or any liquids or sealed items.
When will I receive my refund/store credit? Refunds will be processed the same day that the package reaches us. From that point, the time it takes the funds to reach your account will depend on your bank. Whilst it can take up to 5 working days, on average it takes just 2 days. If you opt for store credit, the digital gift card will be emailed to you the same day that the package reaches us.
How do I know when my return package has reached you? Customers in the UK will receive tracking information with their label/QR code.
